I rinsed my truck to get the dust off and paid with a credit card and the charge read $3.00 and had move switch to stop and hit the credit card cancel button. My pending charge on my credit card is $10.00 which is a $7 dollar markup. I placed a call on Monday May 4th with no return call. Called again on May 6th no return call as of posting this review. After reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one that had this issue. I prompt management to review your POS system to resolve the issue and submit a credit on my account.

The manual sprayer “Stop” button did not work, and my $8 car wash racked up to $23. The charge is still pending so it may go higher. There has been no response to the messages left to correct the overcharge. 3-5-26 update. I was refunded the whole amount charged. After message was received, action was quick.

Had an issue with the lot not bay nut being functional. I reached out and got a very quick resolution. They made it right. I will definitely go back. Location is great and convenient. Very clean

Nearly impossible to press the STOP button. The display showed my card would be charged $6.25. Looked at my bank statement, and I was charged $10. I won’t be going back.

You can use the brushless soap sprayer and it leaves the car very shiny as if it was just detailed. Super bright lights in the bays so you can’t miss a spot.
